Aliya-Jasmine "AJ" Sovani born on November 18, 1981 in Ottawa, Ontario. She is one of the eight hosts of the MTV Canada's program MTV Live. Along with her co-hosting responsibilities, Sovani is a segment producer for many social and comedic segments on the show including "Shopping for Coffins" and a reoccurring home design segment called "Budget: Cribs" based on the hit show "MTV Cribs."
